Born Bernard Schwartz in Manhattan in 1925, he  grew up poor in the Bronx during the Great Depression before climbing his way to the top of Hollywood to become one of it's biggest and most beloved stars, Tony Curtis.

Did you know that Tony and his wife, Jill, founded Shiloh Horse Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non profit in September 2003?

Shiloh rescues and rehabilitates homeless, neglected, abused and slaughter bound horses. As of November 2009, Shiloh has rescued over 500 horses, many of who, have been adopted into loving homes.  A portion of the proceeds generated by this website go directly to the animals that call Shiloh home.
